ADDITIONAL WEEKLY GUEST $125.00 PER PERSON/PER WEEK.
DAY VISITORS / OVERNIGHT GUESTS
We must be notified prior to arrival the names and number of day visitors and overnight guests. and length of stay.
Day Guest: $10.00 per person / per day
Overnight Guest: $25.00 per person / per night (over age 2)
We reserve the right to limit or refuse visitors.
DEPOSITS
A Deposit of 50% of rental rate per cabin per week. Groups that rent 3 or more cabins need to contact resort office for deposit information. Deposits can be refunded up to 50% only if the reservation is cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date and we are able to re-rent the cabin.
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
Pontoons and Fishing Boats available for rent.
Paddle Boat........Free to use to Woodland Beach Resort Guests Only

PET CHARGES
$75.00 per pet per stay.
We reserve the right to refuse pets.

Check in time is 3:00pm
Check out time is 9:00am
Early arrivals-Late departures will be charged $50.00 per hour.
NIGHTLY STAYS 3 night minimum stay. Stays of less than 3 nights will be assessed a 25% additional charge per night.
